the room was well-appointed with a comfortable king bed. The hotel's location is excellent, situated next to movie theaters and in Alberta.- There is a convenient local fast food option, Wok Box, just a 10-minute walk away.

For me the pillows were a bit to stiff since I prefer a soft pillow.

Mostly that it was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant is quite good. The lobby and room coffee was excellent! Location and parking was convenient.

Road noise

The hotel has a great location on a main road, making it convenient for exploring Grande Prairie. There is a wide selection of breakfast options available, including fruits and bacon. - the hotel offers a good pool and underground parking for guests.

Friendly efficient staff to check you in on arrival. Spotless room and excellent WiFi. The room was quiet and the air conditioner worked well. Lots of parking available.

One of the few Holiday Inn & Suites that doesn't offer a complimentary breakfast.

The queen room we stayed in were new-fashioned with all the required facilities for a business traveler. The hotel was in a central location close to the airport.

The location was convenient and within a short walk to Grande Prairie and a shopping mall. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly.- I loved the sensational breakfast with fruit and bacon.

The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. The room was very quiet.

It was a bit cramped for space. A big chair and footstool were wedged between the bed and wall. The only other chair in the room was at the desk, and it was very uncomfortable to relax in.

The total stay was really amazing during the winter. The restaurant here was nice for breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes.- The breakfast had a lot of options, fruit and bacon.- The staff were very very helpful.- The location was magnificent.

Had to be transferred 3 times to find a room that didn't smell like wet, dirty animals. Once in my new (odorless) room I found it to be quite dated, but comfortable. However, upon waking up the next morning I was horrified to discover the sheets were dirty (blood mark and urine stain?) Brought it up to front desk staff and requested a follow up which was never received. This was not my first stay at this hotel, but after the array of problems with no apology or follow up it might be my last. Please check your bed sheets before sleeping here.

Clean accommodation, friendly efficient and excellent staff who stopped in at the end of their shift. Fast check-in and late check-out, parking under ground. Everything ideal. The restaurant was good, for breakfast.
